Booking policies

Reservations must be made at least 23 hours before the requested pickup time.

Reservations may be made up to 6 months in advance.

Requests inside the 23-hour window cannot be completed online. Contact ABC Service directly and we will confirm availability where possible.

ABC Service operates a single vehicle: a 2021 Black Chevrolet Suburban.

Maximum 7 passengers.

Luggage capacity depends on passenger count. If your combination may exceed the available space, contact ABC Service before booking.

Your price is calculated from the route, driving distance, estimated travel time, and the trip details you select.

Tolls are included in the total shown before you book whenever they can be calculated in advance.

The displayed quote is valid for 30 minutes. If it expires before you complete the reservation, the trip is recalculated.

Once payment is completed, the price is locked. It does not change with traffic, surge, or route conditions.

One additional stop may be added to a trip.

The route and price are recalculated to reflect the full trip including the stop.

Standard (non-airport) pickups include up to 45 minutes of complimentary waiting from the scheduled pickup time. 45 minutes is the maximum waiting period.

If the pickup cannot be completed after 45 minutes and there is no response, the reservation may be treated as a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable.

There is no per-30-minute waiting charge on standard non-airport pickups.

Domestic airport pickups include 30 minutes free from your actual flight arrival time.

International airport pickups include 60 minutes free from your actual flight arrival time.

After the airport grace period only, waiting is $50 per completed additional 30-minute block. Partial blocks are not rounded up.

Wait Time keeps your chauffeur and vehicle reserved while you attend an event, meeting, dinner, or appointment.

Wait Time is $100 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments.

Wait Time is not the same as a return ride. A return ride is a separate journey priced independently.

Meet & Greet is available only when the pickup location is an airport.

Meet & Greet is $120 and applies independently to each leg of a round trip.

A return ride is scheduled for its own date, time, and locations.

The return journey is routed and priced independently — it is not a doubling of the outbound fare.

Airport rules, flight information, and Meet & Greet apply separately to each leg.

Because a single vehicle serves all reservations, each leg must be available on its own.

Payment is collected at the time of reservation.

Payment submits your reservation request and locks your quoted price. It does not mean the ride has been approved.

Every paid reservation is manually reviewed by ABC Service.

If ABC Service declines or cannot accommodate the reservation, you receive a 100% refund.

Customer cancellation 24 hours or more before the original pickup time: 100% refund.

Customer cancellation 6 to 24 hours before the original pickup time: 50% refund.

Customer cancellation less than 6 hours before the original pickup time: no refund.

No-show: no refund.

If ABC Service declines or cancels a reservation: 100% refund.

A flight delay by itself is not a cancellation.

Changes and reschedules are subject to vehicle availability, and itinerary or service changes may reprice the trip. Rescheduling late does not reset the cancellation timing based on the original pickup time.

Smoking is not permitted in the vehicle.

Pets are welcome when they are trained, stable, and safely controlled during the ride.

ABC Service serves New York City and surrounding areas, including parts of Long Island, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Westchester.

Online booking is generally available within approximately a 75-mile radius of Queens, New York.
