Online reservations may be scheduled up to 6 months in advance.

Question 2

How do I book a ride?

Accepted Answer

Enter your pickup location, destination, date, time, passenger count, luggage information, and any optional services through our online booking system. Review your quoted price and trip details, submit payment, and your reservation will be sent to ABC Service for confirmation.

Question 3

How is my fare calculated?

Accepted Answer

Your fare is calculated using your actual driving route, estimated travel time, driving distance, applicable tolls, additional stops, and any optional services you select.
Your total is shown before you submit your booking.
Passenger count does not create an additional passenger fee.

Question 4

Are tolls included in my price?

Accepted Answer

Yes. When the selected route requires a toll and the amount can be calculated in advance, the toll is included in the final price shown before booking.

Question 5

How long is my quote valid?

Accepted Answer

Your displayed quote is valid for 30 minutes. If the quote expires before the booking is submitted, the trip may need to be recalculated.

Question 6

Do you provide airport transportation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. ABC Service provides private transportation to and from JFK, LaGuardia, Newark, and other airports within our service area.
When airport transportation is selected, customers may provide their flight information to help coordinate the trip.

Question 7

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Accepted Answer

There is no additional charge simply because your flight is delayed.
When you provide your flight number, ABC Service can use your updated flight information to help coordinate your airport pickup.
For airport pickups, complimentary waiting time begins from the flight's actual arrival time rather than its originally scheduled arrival time.

Question 8

How much airport waiting time is included?

Accepted Answer

Domestic airport pickups include 30 complimentary minutes from the flight's actual arrival time.
International airport pickups include 60 complimentary minutes from the flight's actual arrival time.
After the complimentary period, waiting is charged at $50 for each completed additional 30-minute block.
Partial 30-minute blocks are not rounded upward.
Example:
If only 10 additional minutes have passed beyond the complimentary period, there is no additional waiting charge.
Once a full additional 30 minutes has passed, the charge is $50.

Question 9

What is Airport Meet & Greet?

Accepted Answer

Airport Meet & Greet is an optional service for airport pickups.
For an additional $120, your chauffeur will meet you inside the airport with a personalized name sign, assist with your luggage, and help you connect with your vehicle.
Meet & Greet is available for airport pickups only.
The normal domestic or international airport waiting allowance still applies.

Question 10

How many passengers can the Suburban accommodate?

Accepted Answer

The 2021 Black Chevrolet Suburban accommodates up to 7 passengers. There is no additional charge simply for having more passengers within the vehicle's maximum capacity.

Question 11

How much luggage can I bring?

Accepted Answer

Luggage capacity depends on the number of passengers traveling.
Approximate capacity:
1 passenger — up to 8 large bags
2 passengers — up to 6 large bags
3 passengers — up to 5 large bags
4 passengers — up to 4 large bags
5 to 7 passengers — up to 3 large bags
These are estimates.
If your passenger and luggage combination may require additional cargo space, ABC Service may contact you to confirm that everything can be accommodated.

Question 12

How long will my chauffeur wait at a normal pickup?

Accepted Answer

For non-airport pickups, your chauffeur will wait up to 45 minutes from the scheduled pickup time at no additional charge.
If the passenger has not appeared after 45 minutes and the pickup cannot be completed, the reservation may be considered a no-show.
No-shows are non-refundable.

Question 13

What is Wait Time?

Accepted Answer

Wait Time keeps your chauffeur and vehicle reserved for you while you attend an event, meeting, dinner, appointment, game, or other activity.
Wait Time costs $100 per hour and is billed in 30-minute increments.
Examples:
30 minutes — $50
1 hour — $100
1 hour 30 minutes — $150
2 hours — $200
3 hours — $300
Wait Time is different from ordinary pickup waiting or airport waiting.

Question 14

Can I add an additional stop?

Accepted Answer

Yes. One additional stop may be added to a reservation.
The entire route is recalculated using the added distance, estimated travel time, and tolls.
For a normal/local stop, the trip price will increase by at least $15.
If the stop creates a significant detour, the fare is based on the full recalculated route instead of adding an unnecessary extra $15 on top of the larger route adjustment.
Your updated total is shown before booking.

Question 15

Can I book a return ride?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Return Ride allows you to schedule transportation back from your destination for a separate date and time.
The return journey is calculated separately at the normal rate using its own route, estimated travel time, tolls, and applicable services.
The original fare is not simply doubled.

Question 16

Can I cancel my reservation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancellation policy:
24 hours or more before pickup: 100% refund
6 to 24 hours before pickup: 50% refund
Less than 6 hours before pickup: Non-refundable
No-show: Non-refundable
If ABC Service is unable to provide an accepted reservation, the customer receives a full refund.
Flight delays themselves are not considered cancellations.

Question 17

Can I reschedule my reservation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Reservations may be rescheduled free of charge at least 24 hours before pickup, subject to availability.
Changes made 6 to 24 hours before pickup may also be accommodated when the new time is available.
Changes within 6 hours of pickup require manual approval and are subject to availability.
If your route, pickup time, destination, stop, or selected services change, your fare may be recalculated.

Question 18

What happens after I pay?

Accepted Answer

Payment submits your reservation request and locks your quoted price.

If ABC Service cannot accept your reservation, your payment is refunded in full.
